Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to meet with his parliamentary faction a day before the extraordinary session that may result in a government reshuffle.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to take part in a meeting with his parliamentary faction Servant of the People on March 3, a day before the extraordinary parliamentary session called by him earlier.

Hromadske learned this from Servant of the People MP Daniil Hetmantsev.

Deputy head of the faction, Evheniya Kravchuk, stated to Hromadske that the MPs believe that changing some government officials and ministers will be on the agenda. However, MPs from the ruling party, which holds a single party majority in Parliament, are not aware of which ministers specifically will be up for removal, and whether or not the prime minister, Oleksiy Honcharuk, will remain in his post.

According to Hetmantsev, the reason for the changes is “dissatisfaction with individual government officials due to their interim results of the government’s work.”
