On the night of July 18, approximately ten powerful explosions thundered in Mykolaiv during an air raid. The air alert lasted from 03:06 to 03:36 a.m. in the city, said Mayor Senkevych who reported the explosions. He urged people not to ignore safety rules.
Shelling of a village in Kharkiv Oblast
In the evening of July 17, the Russian occupying forces shelled the village of Pechenihy in Kharkiv Oblast. As a result, according to early reports, one man died and another was injured, said Pechenihy village head Oleksandr Husarov.
He noted that shelling could happen again "at any moment" and urged residents to be cautious and stay close to shelters or secure places of protection.
All the bodies of An-12 crew members were found in Greece
In Greece, the operation to recover all eight bodies was completed at the crash site of the Ukrainian An-12 cargo plane. They were sent to the Komotini hospital for a forensic examination.
According to the mass media, later the bodies of the dead will be handed over to diplomatic representatives of Ukraine in Greece. Ammunition disposal specialists have now started working at the disaster site.
Preparations for a"referendum" in Melitopol

The Ukrainian military struck the deep rear of occupied Luhansk Oblast, as a result of which Russians lost several warehouses and a command center. Shelling of Bakhmut district
Russian occupying forces shelled the town of Soledar and the village of Yahidne in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk Oblast on July 17. As a result, six civilians were injured, including three minors, reported the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office.
