“Actually, the decision about the emergency situation was submitted to the emergency government commission over the entire territory of the country on March 10. And yesterday, we confirmed the strengthening of restrictive measures and have declared an emergency situation on the territory of the city of Kyiv,” explained Povoroznyk.

Kyiv is currently implementing all events relating to emergency situations.
