Fight At the Ukrainian Parliament: Provocation or Protest?

During a Parliamentary meeting, a crowd of about 100 people came together outside waving “Brotherhood” flags, wearing balaclavas and masks. Many of them were armed with clubs, chains and links.For a few moments, firecrackers and flash-bangs exploded. The masked men then clashed with the police by throwing bricks, bottles and firecrackers.
