Shchastia (meaning "happiness" in Ukrainian) is a town in eastern Ukraine that serves as an energy hub for most of the Luhansk region. During fighting between the Luhansk People's Republic and Ukrainian forces, shell attacks have often fallen close to the Luhansk Power Station - a major supplier of electricity and power to the region. If one of these shell attacks manages to hit the station, a man-made catastrophe could be created.
