Ukrainian defenders carried out five air strikes on the southern front, KyivPride held a "March of Equality" in Warsaw, and at least three civilians were killed in the Donetsk Oblast. Here is what you may have missed from the previous night.

The Armed Forces launched air strikes on the cluster of occupation troops

On June 25, Ukrainian aircraft conducted five air strikes on the southern front: in the area of concentration of occupiers, on command and support points of Russian units. The results of the strikes are being "investigated".

Operational Command South noted that the losses of the occupiers in the south on June 25 were as follows: 24 soldiers, two tanks and five armored vehicles. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed two ammunition depots.

No preparations for heating season in Mariupol

There will be no heating in Mariupol in the winter despite the statements of the occupiers about preparations for the heating season. According to the adviser to the mayor Petro Andryushchenko, it is technically impossible, therefore occupiers, probably, will push locals to leave to Russia.

Andryushchenko says it is impossible to restore gas supply to the city by repairing it due to enormous damage to the gas pipeline, both the main and the houses.

"Gas supply threatens to turn the city into an explosive. It is unrealistic to use or convert burners to another type of fuel (solid) by the winter,"  Andryushchenko said.

Three civilians killed in Donetsk Oblast

On June 25, at least three civilians were killed and two others were injured because of the occupiers' actions in the Donetsk Oblast.

In Bakhmut and Pervomaiske, one person was killed and another was injured. In addition, one civilian was killed in the village of New York.

KyivPride held "March of Equality" in Warsaw

The annual Equality March in Kyiv was canceled due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, so KyivPride held a March for Peace and Freedom against Russian aggression in Warsaw on June 25. About 120,000 people attended.

"We drew attention to the war in Ukraine, called on the world to help Ukraine, in particular to release Ukrainian defenders," the organizers said.

Ukrainian refugees in the UK

The number of British families offering housing is currently higher than the number of Ukrainians seeking shelter. In addition, the United Kingdom issued about 130,000 visas for Ukrainians, but only more than 80,000 Ukrainian citizens used them.

On Ukrainians deported to Russia

If Ukrainians deported by the occupiers manage to reach the Ukrainian border, border guards will allow them to pass without identity documents. This was stated by Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk.

"The main thing is to find a way to return home, to call us – we will help with tickets, with identification documents," she added.
