How Ukraine Fights Corruption

Ukraine said NO to procedure papers for government purchases. Such a system wasn’t transparent and didn’t guarantee that money would be found in the pockets of corrupt officials. Instead of the old model, people chose an electronic system for government purchases called ProZorro.

The system was launched in test mode in April, 2016. Since then it has saved 1.5 billion Hryvnias for the state budget.
