The hope is that Ukraine's parliamentary election will help get the country back on track politically so that Ukraine begin a series of much needed reforms, said Andrew Wilson, a senior policy fellow with the European Council on Foreign Relations. Dr. Wilson recently wrote a book on recent events in Ukraine, "The Ukraine Crisis: What it means for the West."
