Captured Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko delivered a defiant speech to her judges when asked to make her final statement. Accused of the murder of two Russian journalists, she has been held captive by Russia for over a year and a half and has awaited her judgement. Savchenko denies all charges and protests the Russian security services with hunger strikes. After having been given an opportunity to speak, she denounced the judges, declared that Maidan would eventually arise in Russia, and showed her middle finger to all in the courtroom.
