OSCE: We saw camouflage men with Russian uniforms this week

The OSCE has been scrutinized from all sides of the Ukrainian conflict in the past few weeks: both by the Russian government and media, as well as the Ukrainian government and media, said OSCE Spokesperson Michael Bociurkiw. However, it is important to recognize the limitations surrounding the OSCE (the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), Bociurkiw said. Observers from the OSCE can only report what they have directly observed.

One of the most significant OSCE observations this week was a group of soldiers in camouflage with Russian insignia.
