Flowers For Russian Plane Victims In Ukraine
12 November, 2015

This week Russian passenger flight KGL9268 crashed in the Egyptian Sinai penisula, killing all 224 people on board, including at least three Ukrainains and one Belarusian. Though ISIS claimed responsibility, initially Russian investigators focused their attention on a possible technical failure, but later they suggested that that it was the Islamic State militants who planted a bomb.

On the night after the tragedy (October, 31st in 2015) regular Ukrainians started bringing flowers and condolences notes to the building of Russian embassy in Kyiv. Many showed up to support Russians in times of tragedy despite brutal war that both Ukraine and Russia are involved in.
