EU Expects Ukraine To Change Its Post Soviet Reality – FM Klimkin
22 December, 2015

Implementation of the Minsk Agreement is being delayed by Russia. This is the reason why the Ukrainian Parliament cannot adopt the constitutional changes in terms of decentralization, the Ukrainian foreign minister Pavlo Klimkin tells Hromadske.

He is convinced that European partners of Ukraine expect the country to transform from a post-soviet reality into a different reality, which could be a part of the European project.

Ukraine will keep engaging international organizations to continue putting pressure on Russia. This will help in the exchange of Ukrainian political prisoners, illegally being held in Russia, Klimkin adds.

Hromadske International's Nataliya Gumenyuk spoke to the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin in Kyiv on December, 19th, 2015.
